2017 Recruiting

MTSU bounced back from their poor recruiting class last year and for the first time in school history has maxed out their scholarships before the offseason. For the 2nd year in a row MTSU has managed to land a freak 6'7" WR with decent speed. MTSU's year in recruiting was topped off with a gem CB out of Tennessee. MTSU's recruiting board is empty so hopefully the coordinators do not give out another scholarship under the table or it would tarnish MTSU's best year in recruiting to date.

Aevans, Are you recruiting at the high school basketball gyms? lol.

North Texas has limited number of scholarships this year, but has managed to sign several impactful guys. Jeff Pettit is 5'10 speedy WR(78) with good hands would will play as a true freshmen. DE Brandon Martin(74) could bring some needed pass rush. JUCO OLB Gipson(78) will help fill voids from the 2 departing starting OLBs. Ath Briggs is expected to play dual threat qb in a few seasons, but his first actions could be at hb.
There are several more key players NT is trying to bring in, just not sure if they will sign.
