Game using WFL rules?

Is there a PC football game where you can change the value of a touchdown from 6 to 7 points, and make teams go for an "action point," so I could do a 1974 World Football League sim?

I had Finn's 4.0 editor downloaded before, but it isn't on my computer anymore for some reason. It did allow me to edit a ps2 save.

Thank you, Dan. I have a ps2, so I will have to see if it will work. If not, I will wait for someone to post the latest editor.

Since the nfl2k5rosters site is down, is there anyone out there who has Finn's editor and can put it on the forums for us to download until the site comes back up? I haven't been...
