Your statement is false. There is no exact percentage on how the CPU calls pass vs run.

It's based on momentum. If a team gets a big pass play, they'll continue to pass, same with run.

It's called "Team Goals". I forgot what section it's under. I think it's the one with Roster, FA, Trades, etc.
