Haven't seen a draft class yet, but you get to select whether you are rebuilding, growing and still contending, or an all-out championship run when you start the franchise.

Well I can get the draft class to load in-season if I go through 2kshare, but it won't load from the home screen. No biggie, but I cannnot figure out the online association stuff to save my life.
