If they can show there's no interest in playing Franchise, they can show that their telemetry data says that Diamond Dynasty is all anyone plays.

But I can edit the same player, and reimport that one like 500 times and the game is like...

Hitting is definitely harder. And since I actually want to get EXP, I can't change the sliders.

I get the feeling this is going to end up being my least favorite game in the series in years.

Love the gameplay, though I find it harder than ever to hit, even on easier difficulties. I'd adjust pitch speed, but that disables XP apparently, which is a terrible decision.

The only reason my streak (2005 here) is still alive is Stadium Creator. If not for the potential to create Mega Fenway with massive walls everywhere, I wouldn't have bothered this time around.

I would push the walls as far back as possible, and raise the walls to the highest point possible, and create an "Arena Baseball League" of sorts, where the only home runs are inside the parkers.
