My new settings which i built from default for legendary difficulty.

Difficulty level: Legendary
Gameplay speed: Slow
Halves: 8 minutes
Controller settings: Default with manual shooting...

Made some changes after playing more games

59/47 Pass Error - 59 is the highest I can push user pass error without it effecting crossing.
50/50 Pass Speed 51 pass was making it too easy to attack...

Well if you have trouble with them then go with the first version because they were very competitive for me for the first half of my season.

I've done some testing and i 48 shot speed is good to...

Something I realized recently was line length has a big impact on the fullbacks and wingers because if you decrease the length the fullbacks are closer to the winger and so they become more attacking...

Players don't get tired when you start lowering the acceleration slider so the best thing to do regarding speed of the game is to only drop sprint speed which I personally have at 30.

try game speed on slow with sprint speed 48 acceleration 46, it is probably the best you can do to make it more realistic

Play possession football if a opponents player is coming anywhere near you pass even if you have to pass backwards just pass and keep the ball as long as you can eventually you will see the openings...

Maybe the first touch slider would do something to help with it because although its called "first touch" its actually effects every touch the player makes on the ball.
