Very true. What's more, these are brick and mortar stores that have more overhead so one has to take that into consideration as well.

I'm not quite ready yet to take the leap to the next gen console, but I'm getting close.

Given all that was added to the next gen version, I can't justify paying $60 for a PS3 version of the game....

I get why they didn't include some things on the 360/PS3 version (hardware limitiations), but I don't see why "war in the trenches," WR and DB's reaching for the ball and the defensive cameras...

In my mind, given the fact that both games sell for the same price then the only difference between the two (games for both consoles, that is) should be the lack of graphic quality for the PS3/360...

If I remember correctly, one of the dev team members at E3 was asked about the last gen and what people can expect and the answer boiled down to that they obviously wouldn't be able to do as much...

I don't see why you won't get a good idea of what the game will have to offer from the demo (spare the players disappearing like with last year on the PS3).

With the absence of NCAA, I'll be giving Madden a good look this year. I have a PS3 and last year the demo with the ghost defenders had me rule it out entirely.
