1. yes the say the full name unless you relocate a team and keep the team name.. Then they'll say the previous team name.. IE: if I relocated the Jags to LA, the announcers would still call them...

Yes and during those cutscenes is how the xbox version looks through out the entire game... Its the same way with NBA2k14 too.
On the PS4 version its bright on the xbox version is a little dim or...
