Does anyone know what the dates are for progression for players in franchise?

I know of the one after Summer but I know there is one mid season and was wondering if anyone knew what that date is....

MOST definitely sign him next year and play him in the AHL... He still needs to grow... My rule of thumb is he must be minimum 79-80 to make the show!!
