If you can't get a working version of this at the moment the same data is mostly copy-paste compatible with the M23 "light" version.

I'm enjoying matt10s and have lost games fairly on them too.

I had a huge run breaking 5 tackles for a 60yd td but still average 4.5ypc, it felt great but also well earned.

In terms of scouting systems, this tool and the other updated m22to23 tool work. I believe F17 might have a faulty formula and has a new expanded m24 version coming out soon.

No there is not a way pre draft to do this, myself and F17 quizzed a dev on this whilst developing the Scouting tool. We were told it's integrated in a way that would be very difficult to do right...

Yes, the game does this. Progression is based on a player having the right amount of "stat points" with the minimum games played (12 I think) for the dev bracket or above they are being compared to...
