I believe it doubles your letter grade (Teammate) which gets added to your VC after the game.

The problem I believe was because I had a lot of gray logos so I had to keep messing with the sizes until the 2k uploader was able to read the image i guess. I did it with "picture" on my macbook, I...

Ok so I figured out a solution " Invalid or missing image " you have to resize the image. i.e.. I changed the size to 1500x1500 and it worked. I guess because the background is erased the 2k server...

I adjusted the image to 1024x1024 and I'm still receiving the same "Invalid or missing image." message.
