I have no idea what sort of legal/licensing issues are involved with this, but with AI, any broadcaster's voice should be able to used within The Show along with these different broadcasting themes....

If you're a casual fan, maybe Super Mega Baseball 3 would be a better option? Being a huge fan of The Show since the PS1 days, I've had a blast so far with SMB 3!

Wouldn't the easiest way of testing the speed is by timing the pitch via an on-screen like in video editing software? Or is the lack of enough frames the root of the problem where you can't properly...

I don't know how similar this game is to the Baseball Simulator 1.000 games from the NES/SNES era, but I would love to see a North American reboot of that series.

In real life, a good hitter can pick up the rotation of a pitch on its way to the plate. A slider can form a dot pattern from its rotation. A 2-seam fastball has a different pattern than a 4-seamer...
