There are only two things that are bothering me A LOT is the lack of rotation on defense (particularly in PNR sets), and absolutely no boxing out. I am not so sure these can be fixed with sliders.

Anyone else noticing that players don't rotate on PNRs? I have boosted help defense strength and defensive awareness to 100, and it still does not help.

I tried to tinker with sliders to eliminate it, but it isn't working. Raising the "Help Defense Strength" slider 100 may have helped it slightly, but I am not too sure. Will have to play a bit more...

I agree. PNR is far too easy as well. I am playing offline, but have set defensive awareness for the CPU to 100 and I am seeing NO rotation. It is easy two points every time down no matter what...

That is called "putting the 2K12 game back in to your game console" trick. But seriously, I could not figure out the controls in the demo and felt overwhelmed when Beluba posted the advanced controls...
