You have to change your sub in sub out... if your sub in is far behind your sub out, try putting them closer together. If your sub out is too low, you may have to raise it.

when this happened in past years, the problem was the fatigue and sub in/sub out sliders in that he never could recover enough to be subbed back in.

The biggest problem with any slider set I have tried is the cpu gets sacked 5-10 times a game. My Falcons just sacked Brees 8 times. Nothing I try will fix it.
