Same here. Max settings, 1080p, weird *** hair. Everything is fine in replays/up close, but from far away it's odd looking. Including Harden's beard. Really freaky.

Putting Steam info Offline Mode seems to be containing it for me. I know some people have had it worse, where you can't even get into a game...Hopefully 2K is taking note and getting a patch out...

Ok, so far, playing it with Steam in offline seems to work. I don't know what happened, but maybe having the servers up helped out. But it's working now. Will try with it online in a bit.
