This has been my point to people acting like the field goals from 45 and 48 were chip shots. The Lions are on their 2nd kicker of the season and a guy who used to miss kicks for the Chargers lol.

I’m pretty sure the way they teach tackling now ( on the pro level) is that it’s better to go for the strip and force a turnover than to just tackle conservatively. I think it’s more of an analytics...

When people are talking about this setting precedent; it’s relevant to bring up that they’re going to 12 next year so any precedent from the 4 team format doesn’t really mean much.

It goes to 12 next year so we’ll mainly be arguing seeding and maybe a little bit on the 13th team but that team won’t be a P4 champion.
