I wonder if this is because the level I am playing on.I use All-American. I am trying so hard to love this game, but the fundamental issues are really bothering me.

I am not sure if anyone else notice this, but for some reason its either players don't reach top speed in the open field or they get caught or run down by slower guys. Like Randy Moss who's top speed...

No, I have tried to play three people in different parts of my state and the same thing, but if I play someone in another state it works perfect with no problem. I dont understand it.
