Nope. You get your mid-major team to 6-stars and you'll still be on local tv more times than not while 2 teams with losing records will get national tv or GotW.

GotW has nothing to do with ratings as I've seen plenty of ranked teams play on local tv while 2 teams in a rivalry game with mediocre to losing records play in the GotW.

There is no logic. I've seen 2 Top-5 teams play on local tv while 2 teams with losing records play the GotW. It's outrageous and it only gets worse the farther into dynasty mode you get.
