Wait so you can take a speedy ATH make him a QB then sit him on the bench for a while and he will be a good after a couple years? I want a fast QB but most of the QB prospects run slower than 4.6.

Does redshirting really help a player learn a new position? I converted an ATH (6'6 225) to TE and he was terrible (much better at WR) but I redshirted him. Not sure how he will turn out. At TE he...
