Poor design decision then IMO...so far off from reality it makes owner mode un-playable for me this year.

Shame. I enjoyed it on M25.

You can turn off coach firings on your cfm settings.

It's horribly unbalanced and unintended consequences are being experienced.

Even small market teams have far more revenue than Owner Mode in M15 is displaying. Full revenue sharing etc. It's not...
