Yeah unfortunately we have to deal with high completion percentages. Nothing A&S or sliders can fix.

You cannot decide when the game saves. It saves automatically. So for example, lets say you simulate 4 weeks into the season, but decide you want to go back, you can't. Any advancement is saved...
