Honestly the last draft I did makes me think the last patch really went a bit far on the speed reduction. I not exaggerating I went over every teams draft and their was one player at 97 speed...

Honestly I it seems like you can scout basically every player position who's rated fifth round or higher as it is, so if you take out positions you don't need players should have more then enough...

Seems like you can scout so many players (for sure if your scout is entire offense or defense related and you get a discount for them) that I basically can scout anyone I even remotely might consider...
