I think he means do you do the 'no-switch' house rule. I personally play just one defender the entire play, don't switch.

That’s not unfair...that’s football! Id say I audible about 20% of offensive plays. NFL teams audible a ton more than that.

I was playing on All-Pro as well, but not sure if that would make a difference. You would think it would be worse on All Madden
