I'm still experiencing the issue for some reason but I transferred the files from the 2k20 folder and not the folder this time into dolphin installation folder I'm using winrar I've only ever drag...

Ive tried installing but no luck with 0.8 version of 2KHS It doesn't fully install It stops at the beginning then closes its almost like 2KHS is trying to install...
