I went back to McNeal and was going in to implement some of those plays and found 11 plays in the balanced playbook that will get McNeal out of the pocket and take advantage of his 71-81 short...

The more games I get under my belt the more I realize that you have to do a lot to keep that young QB performing at a consistent level. You really have to be careful not to give your QB strategy...

My draft was really screwed up. I picked McNeal then day one ended. Unless the cpu somehow did it for me, I only picked 5 players in the draft because it appears that I somehow skipped rounds 2 & 3....

I picked him up because, like most other gamers, my owner wanted to get a marquee qb in the draft. When we picked at #9 in the first round he was, in my opinion, the best qb available. He may not...

Thanks Playmakers! I'll give those a try. I was thinking of trying some roll out plays because throw on run rating is in the 80s.

I just figured out how to give the QB 1-2 options. In WR Progression, let him look at the first 2 options then set the "Scramble" as the third option. This should make for some much improve...

I too was using the strategy on an entire game level. However, now that I'm telling McNeal to run and whether he should be patient or not, he's been doing well. I first tried this in a "Coach Now"...

Thanks for posting up this info. I'm learning more about coaching my guys everyday. I took my career roster into "Coach Now" and played against my next career opponent. My Lions beat the Bills 24-17....
