I don't think you're going to convince the consumer base of this game, or any game for that matter, to pay extra money on top of the retail price to get features they want in the game. And I...

Hold on, maybe I'm confused.

Your idea would be for the customer to pay to have a new feature/wish added to the game? On top of paying the $60 price tag?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding???...
