Corner routes are a touch glitchy, or work a bit too well, I think. They're supposed to tuck in under that deep zone and in front of the shorter zone, and I think they kind of bug out zone defenders....

I just tested it, it is definitely the reason.

It seems to be two different inputs, and the CPU is required to follow both of them.

So, the CPU will man lock best-on-best, but then also follow...

Are you usering to take away the middle of the field, to make sure that the CPU QB can't cherry pick easy passes over the middle? I see way more CPU QB mistakes this way.

And the CPU QB will light you up if you don't strategically make them make mistakes.

Mix up your blitzes and coverages, and call defensive plays based on the situation....

In game, in the playcall menu there's an option called "Coaching adjustments"

They are in there.

I've played quite a few games since my previous post. I swear by the "play the man"...

I think everyone is seeing this. Pretty sure this is madden issue not a slider issue. Changing the sliders to make up for it will probably do more harm than good.

To be fair there are some money running plays that are always going to have big holes and exploit the AI. What plays are you seeing this on? If you spread the defense out, it does leave some gaping...
