Mostly CPU but players too.
I think with players its a little more realistic because we miss the mark more.

CPU I feel still has pretty good accuracy AND the WR catch everything even in traffic....

WR catch is still too high.
Players in traffic still make too much of good catches, causing for QBs to still have high completion rates.

Maybe dropping it down to 40 or 35 will cause those 2-3...
