I see your issue now. You are comparing the original roster to the recruits in the game. The original roster is over rated. EA tried to tone that down by making much lower rated recruiting classes....

Welcome to NCAA 11. I have had a few of my player progress 5-6 points more then once. At least have one a season. How is you facility rating? Mine is a A+. With EA trying a new rating system to lower...
