When you draft players that aren't exact fits to your scheme, how much of a OVR hit do they take?

Is it always the same amount or does it vary according to "how far" from your scheme they are?

Has anyone tested or tried simming the draft and having the AI pick for you?

I'm curious if the logic is driven by the "Positions of Need" in the trade management section and also if the AI picks...
