Yea I haven't noticed anything either...I played the Bengals quick in my CFM bc I was curious about it and they threw on the first 3 plays...

I have false start on 75 and offsides on 75 and holding on 58 and the computer threw 66 % of the time and ran 33 % of the time...not sure if it was because i was winning
