BTW, I entered them into my cuts section on the spreadsheet, but it's not updating what I have to pay them. Is there a clear cut system as to how we are handling cuts?

One thing I would suggest is having one or two administrators of the league handle all transactions. When a transaction needs to occur, they are sent into an incoming queue and the admin will update them as they come in. This way we can ensure all of the sheets are accurate and everything works.

Just a suggestion.
