Can't release players from Online Franchise Site

Hello.

I have been the commissioner of a madden league for 3 years and I've always been able to go to the online franchise website, rosters, add/drop players and release players from any team. This is very important for managing the league and for the past week, the ability to release players is no longer available. Normally a red X will come up next to the players name, but it no longer does. This worked on Madden 10, Madden 11 and until this week on Madden 12 as well.

I spent an hour on the phone with EA support troubleshooting the issue and they agree that it is a website glitch, and asked if I could please post it on the EA forums so the developers could take a look. I did that, but I'm wondering if anyone here has had the same issue

Background information:
I have tested this on multiple computers, on multiple browsers, in multiple franchises and the issue remains the same.

and for some reason you seem surprised??? ea could give two red nickels about online franchise, I wouldnt be shocked if this takes weeks to resolve.

I hear you. I know the online franchise community isn't big on EA's radar, but I'm just really desperate to get some kind of help. I've tried everything.
