Basically to start the league and not have guys running taking all of the free agents there is a way we will do Free Agency to start:

Everyone in the league has a chance to claim one player today, and one tomorrow. In the event that two teams pick the same player, the player will be awarded based off of this list:

91 – Green Bay Packers
91 – New England Patriots
90 – New York Giants
89 – San Francisco 49ers
88 – Baltimore Ravens
88 – Houston Texans
87 – Pittsburgh Steelers
86 – Philadelphia Eagles

Once this period is over, free agency is open to all, just make sure you don't destroy your cap.

Edit: If a player is on your team in real life, he can go to your team freely. (Won't count against your signings) This period will end at 1030 pm tonight..... And restart for tomorrow and end tomorrow at 8pm EST
