What's The Most Overrated Non Sports Xbox 360/Ps3 Games U Played?

The most overrated game I played this gen for the xbox 360 is Bioshock. I just beat the game and still dont know what was all the big fuss about.

The story line is dull. I remember reading posts by people on the Gamespot boards saying how emotional and deep the storyline was. After beating it I felt I wasn't attached emotionally to any of its characters. The storyline wasn't great. There weren't many cutscenes explaining stories, plots, ect. I dont know about ya'll but for me after beating each level I want to be rewarded with cutscenes like how Resident Evil 4, Gears of Wars or Alan Wake does it so we would look forward to beating the next level to see cutscenes like watching a movie. Hell even GTA IV and Saints Row has that. This game lacks that.

Some of the weapons made no sense. Who in their right mind ever thought of shooting swarms of bees to the enemies??? Also the back and forth finding stuff really got boring and frustrating, not to mention to flying objects that follow you for a minute shooting at you.

Grand Theft Auto 4. I beat it, but I didn't enjoy it.

Any open world game really.
Red Dead, Grand Theft Auto, etc.
Whenever a game doesn't really give me a set "goal" i just get really bored.

Probably because it was the first one I'd played, but I was certainly disappointed.

Killzone 2

I actually liked the first one back on PS2, but I tried to play this and it was soooo clunky. The story was boring and the mutliplayer spawning was awful.

Also, I wouldn't necessarily call them "overrated", but I just can't, for the life of me, get into the Fallout Series or the Assassin's Creed series... Mainly due to what I feel are downright awful control schemes.

Definately Metal Gear Solid 4. I cannot fathom for the life of me figure out what is so good about this game.

The cutscenes, that move at a snail's pace, are like half the game (and not done very well, certainly not to the level of Uncharted) and whenever you finally get to the action the controls are clunky and the AI is decidedly average.

It was also the 1st time I had played the MGS series and I was shocked at how underwhelming it was in almost every way. It's a self indulgent mess of a game. I can't imagine how bored a person must be to play this one all the way thru. People say you have to play the 1st 3 to enjoy this one. Nothing could help me enjoy this one. If I wanted to watch a movie I would pop in a Bluray not suffer thru a cheezy video game movie. If the other 3 games were anything like this then I would rather burn ants with a magnifying glass. And I must not be the only one who feels this way because there were a gazillion used copies at Gamespot a month after it came out.

The Halo series. Every time I have ever played or watched those games I have found them dull and unremarkable.
