The Wii. I've sold mine, but for the life of me I don't understand why that system was so big. Complete waste of money IMO.

I still have mine and everytime I get close to selling it, they announce one of their marquee games and I wait for it. Other than those there really is nothing at all on it though.

Bioshock is horribly overrated. The FPS controls are garbage, the plasmis are average, the story is blahhh.

I didn't like Bioshock either.

Mass Effect. Good story but I prefer to play a game, not watch a movie and spend half the game in dialogs. I was horribly bored by this game.

I liked GTA 4, but it's not as great as everyone makes it out to be. I have more fun running around causing chaos or exploring than I do any of the missions. The missions were annoying and repetitive.
It was either:
1. Follow or chase someone, then kill them eventually.
2. Taxi around some people where you go kill people and do the dirty work.
3. Get chased by cops after killing some people.
Lather, rinse, repeat.

Boooooorrrrriiiiinnnngggg.

God of War series:
- Endless button mashing
+ Decent story
+ Unique world

InFamous:
- Boring story with terribly annoying characters
- Repetitive gameplay
- Bland world
+ Unique comic-style cutscenes

Resistance 2:
- Generic FPS
- No story
- Way overrated graphics
+ Fun weapons
+ Fun cooperative online mode

All Competitive Online Modes:
- Always end up being monotonous obstacles in the way of a platinum trophy
- Fun for a while but gets boring shortly after you learn the maps

Halo 3. Bought it for Christmas one year on hype (and that I really enjoyed Halo 2 multiplayer), and I think I returned it the next day.

Choices I understand, but disagree with:

Assassin's Creed series:
The first game is mediocre in every respect but kind of builds up to the second game. ACII was a massive improvement. The strength of this series is a cool story and the ability to climb ancient architecture. If you don't have an appreciation for history or Renaissance art, this series isn't for you.

The combat system is completely awful, and the stealth opportunities are few and far between. I absolutely dreaded it when 5-10 enemies encircled me and I had to fight them off with a sword. The series has never really delivered on its promise to allow all assassinations to be approached in a stealthy manner.

Metal Gear Solid series:
I suppose if you don't enjoy stealth or cutscenes, this isn't for you. It's my favorite series of all time though.

GTA IV:
Missions get repetitive and the story is nothing special, but the real star of this game is Liberty City. The world is alive with satire and goofy music. Just driving around and exploring is entertaining, especially at night.

Are you dead inside?

Dead Space:
How can a game with such a creepy atmosphere, so many shock scares, and unique weapons be boring?

Mass Effect series for me. I wanted to like that game so much. I read the prequel book to it, enjoyed that and was really looking forward to the games. But they lost me with this feeling of me basically being Fed-Ex, running back and forth, "Go here, see him.."

Online multiplayer as a whole is vastly OVER RATED.......It is only fun playing with relatives and people you actually know. But 98% of the time it is BS.

Red Dead Redemption - I've called it a snoozer before, and I'll call it a snoozer again. There were very few that have done that to me. I love sandbox games.

Final Fantasy 13 - The second game I literally fell asleep during the cutscenes.

Dead Space - Just wasn't feeling it. Sure it was scary as hell but it seemed to get to the point of repetition that just didn't interest me.

Those are three I can think of right now.

FFXIII if it qualifies, without a doubt. It actually got a pretty good metacritic score, but it's just not up to the standards of the rest of the series, IMO.

Red Dead Redemption - If I hadn't played Grand theft auto since playstation then I would have enjoyed this more. Only so many times you can play these games before they just get old.

Assassins Creed 1 - Such a boring game.
