I had fun with Halo 1. I don't think they've improved anything since then though.

I wouldnt say that online is overrated....I would say that devs need to actually focus more on single player rather than multiplayer.

You wouldn't. I do.
As long as SP is good i could care less if there was online. In all the years gaming there hasnt been an online experience thats better than a good SP experience.
Everyones different but that's how i feel.

I enjoyed Red Dead thoroughly, but I usually enjoy the sandbox type games.

I enjoyed Halo 3, but I gave up on Reach after a few months. I'll still play from time to time on my friends 360s, but I sold my copy.

When it comes to Halo, I liked 1-3 a lot (2 being my favorite). My cousins own a local "mom and pop" store that sells games and collectible items. They used to have four TVs and Xboxes set up on Saturdays for everyone to come game and have big tournaments. It was a lot of fun. I enjoyed Reach's story a lot, but the multi player is a snooze.

I agree that Black Ops was over rated. When I first started playing, I thought it would last me a long time, but I was mistaken. After my first prestige I was tired of it. I guess it's just a hangover from Modern Warfare 2, where I prestiged three times before getting tired of it. I had to go back to playing Bad Company 2.

I also agree with Assassins Creed. I've tried the first two and couldn't get very far before getting bored of it and putting it down. The controls blow.

Its actually not an opinion. The title say games "you've" played was overated ....So when someone says a game they played didnt do it for them...its fact not opinion. So when i say MGS4 was overated to me.... Its a fact.

But yeah its not a debate. If you think someone mentioned a game etc you dont agree with.... You dont put that game in your list. Lol

MW2: Absolute glitchfest online, the plot twist at the end just seemed like it was there just to have it. I really thought it was awful, to go from having a crazy Russian as the bad guy to a American General was just insane and would never happen.

Halo: I will say this about Halo online, it is the most pure FPS multiplayer game you can get. If you are good at halo, you can be good at any other FPSer. The Single player is boring as hell though.

GTA: IV: It never did hook me, I beat it but I did so just for the sake of doing it. I also thought all of the DLC was ho hum...

God Of War Series: Never could get into it, just felt meh.

Orange Box - Never saw the big deal about HL.

Bioshock - System Shock 2 and Deus Ex did the same stuff better. Just under water here.

Red Dead Redemption - Glitchy as all heck and a poor/unintelligent main character.

COD series - These games last like 4-5 hours. Not really worthy of the high praise. It is a good 4-5 hours but still,overrated. Didn't even like 2 or 3.

Gears of War - Never got into it.

Street Fighter IV - Not bad just overrated. Blazblue is better.

Fallout 3 - Sure it's great on the PC after 177 mods but not so much on the console.

Any Halo - 4-5 hours again. Only liked ODST.

Super Meat Boy - Really just feels like a mess.

Dead Space - If you've never seen a horror movie before then maybe you'd like this. If you have it's overly predictable and unenjoyable.

Rainbow Six - Game over because of my dumb teammate AI? No thanks.

Left 4 Dead - Even dumber teammate AI than Rainbow Six.

Resident Evil 5 - Did enjoy the Jill parts and it is responsible for 2 of the 177 Fallout 3 mods so it's not all bad.

Guitar Hero III - This is oft praised as the best one but 95% of it on hard or expert is an overcharted unenjoyable mess.

Far Cry 2 - A far cry from being good or glitch free.

Darksiders - Boring and tedious.

Just Cause 2 - Terrible gun play,AI locking on from 3 floors up and being able to shoot through stairs.

Final Fantasy XIII -

Uncharted - Get behind cover,shoot,run from grenade,AI walks right up to you,shoot in head...repeat for 8-12 hours x2.

Little Big Planet - Meh. People have done neat things but there's still not a lot to the actual gameplay.

Demon Souls - I haven't actually played it but it just sounds poorly designed with "being difficult" as an excuse to cover it up.

Resistance 2 - Wasn't anything special.
