Thoughts: YESSSSS this is good. No footage or breakdown of how package subs or auto subs will work, but it's nice to see formation subs in action! Still disappointed that you can't really use custom play books, but all you need tondo is find a decent base playbook and you should be set.

I love that it's back and I know this is the only beginning. I just wish we could use custom playbooks so we don't need to use 32 team control. That or the CPU controlled teams do their own formation subs.

So we are still stuck with starters being out there to get fatigued and potentially injured, and unable to plug in special teams specialists.

yep. at least we can yank them from the punt teams though.

unless kick returns are more interesting this year, i might just jack up the kick power slider and take kickoffs out of the game. it's slowly being removed from the game IRL anyway.
