Has anyone seen these before (short bad snap and falling cheerleader/mascot)?

In the same game I saw 2 things I’ve never seen before through roughly 18 various seasons of dynasty.

The 1st was cool. The center simply had a bad snap that never made it to the QB. This is a great example of “if it’s in the game…” and I thought it looked great. Granted, I wish the QB had reacted quicker to the bad snap and gotten on it before my guy could, but it was still really cool.

The 2nd was funny. I’ve never seen it before (but I’ve never used a team with a mascot nor played many teams with one). After kicking an XP, an aOSU cheerleader was letting their mascot ride on his shoulders, lost balance and they both fell to the ground. I literally laughed out loud when I saw that.

Is this common for mascots? Is it specific to aOSU’s mascot? Is this a new thing or old thing?

i want to say i saw a similar bad snap once but i cant remember when or the circumstances.

Not sure. Sounds like it doesn’t happen very often, so it’s tough to tell. I have seen it happen (sorta) 1 more time since, but that was much more explainable.

I snapped the ball, but the NT lined up offsides and was literally right above the ball (his helmet was even clipping into my center’s helmet). When the center snapped the ball it collided with the NT’s hands so he basically “swatted” the snap, causing it to fall way short. But he was called for offsides, so it didn’t count.

Thinking the 1st is a glitch because the QB behaved as if he had the ball in his hands at first - doubt the online gamers would let EA keep something like this in the game for very long if it wasn't a glitch
