This video illustrates the exact kind of people/gameplay style that make me sick when I play online. All of the no-huddle stuff, scrambling outside of the pocket on every play, ridiculous audibles & hot routes and his comment on punting "being a waste" is exactly what makes playing online games extremely frustrating and irritating.

Outside the graphics, that game looked better than the Madden 11 in my 360.

As someone who has never got to play american football can I ask what pre-snap is like in real life compared to Madden. I mean can a QB really hot route any reciever to any route?

In practice, a number of factors go into it, the main ones being whether you as the QB have pre-planned code-wording or hand signal(s) to indicate to the particular receiver that you want him to run a different route, and whether or not he hears/acknowledges and understands you.

This kid sounds like he has no idea of what American Football is. Don't buy the game if you can't play the game.
