"Online Dynasty is Currently Unavailable" Can't advance past Bowl Games - NCAA 14

Haven't been able to find a solution online or searching the archives, so I figured I would post here. I run an Online Dynasty and we have 3 users (including me,) in it

Yesterday, the EA servers went down when we were trying to advance after our Bowl Games and I got the error "Online Dynasty is currently unavailable..."

Alright, we can wait, and figured this would be a good time to recruit a few new teams. We added 2 teams and once the servers were back up last night, I tried again. No luck, same error.

I searched for some solutions and did what people suggested. Went into my storage and deleted the save file, tried resaving, deleting and not resaving, etc.

I slept on it, hoping it would fix itself this morning. Still nothing. I downloaded the new Uniform Pack, that didn't change anything and I am pretty upset about this.


Any suggestions or thoughts? This board has always been AMAZING at helping me when problems have occurred so I figured I would try

I had this exact issue last year and it randomly started working after 3-4 days. We were about to give up on the dynasty and start over at that point and gave it one last shot and sure enough the thing advanced.

This may sound like a stupid question but have you transferred commissioner to someone else and let them try to adv?

If someone else saved the file have them load it. I think if you are the one that is loading it the dynasty won't work. That worked last year but thats only if another player saved it.

We did with no luck.

Thanks Iowa, I deleted my saved file, and tried having someone else commish, hmmm.

Thanks for the suggestion Lucas (I think I did some leagues with you last year!) I will keep being patient for now

Have you tried advancing from the dynasty wire site? I've had similar issues that were bypassed like that.

I have, that has not worked either: I got "Error while attempting to advance the week" I purchased the Advance anywhere because of this issue. $3 wasted


I did contact support. Their suggestions didn't work, but I wanted to post their suggestions here for future reference for people


What I tried:

1. Deleting OD file then trying to advance
2. Transferring Commish, he still couldn’t advance

Went to EA Sports Chat help, their suggestions were:

1.
Highlight the Hard Drive and press Y.
Select Clear System Cache.
Confirm, allow the operation to complete, then restart the console.


2. 1.From the dashboard, press the Xbox Guide button.
2.Press X to sign out of Xbox LIVE.
3.Navigate to the Settings tab.
4.Select System Settings.
5.Select Console Settings.
6.Select Clock.
7.Select Date and Time.
8.Set the system date to November 15, 2005.
9.Reconnect the console to the internet.
10.Restart the console; it should automatically reconnect to LIVE, resyncing the date and time.


Neither of those worked, so I am calling the Specialist team.
