When the game first loads the custom shoes load always crashes the game, I deleted the setting and game data, but I wanna add custom shoes without the game crashing, HELP

im also experiencing that... hope they fix this bug... are you also experiencing white/grey or black/grey colors of downloaded shoes?

It was happening to me. Then I started the game and wait and let it start auto playing a demo game then I stop the game and it loads up to the home screen. You can see if that works for you.

i just lost all downloaded shoes after the latest update..

whats happening with 2k?

Okay I found that only the added/updated shoes such as the Melo M10 or LeBron XI, when customized, are causing the game to crash not the other shoes that were in the game at release day.
