Reversal Limit Ratings

Anyone know if the Reversal rating is the same as last year as far as what ratings affects how many reversals allowed?

Based on last year, with the glitch not allowing us to reduce any rating below 30, it gives "jobbers" at least 2 reversals.

0-29 1 reversal
30-59 2 reversals
60 - 79 3 reversals
80-94 4 reversals
95+ 5 reversals

UPDATE:

Just ran a test with 4 wrestlers on each rating above.
Zach Ryder with reversal 30 has 2 reversals
Aiden English with reversal 60 has 3 reversals
Dean Ambrose with reversal 80 has 4 reversals
Undertaker with reversal 95 has 5 reversals

Seems to apply to this year as well.

Because the jobbers get at least 2 reversals, I lowered the reversal recovery rate to 3. It takes 50 seconds to refill reversal slot.
I find this helps strategy when playing as the jobber where you want to pick a good spot to use the second one.

is there a list of everyone's reversal limit? anyone with 2 or less on real roster?

Don't forget the "auto reversals" that occur. I usually take those in account as well. Might have a jobber with 1 reversal that is depleted, but the programming still gives him an auto reversal. Annoying.

Its 3 moves while the opponent is on the ground whether its three stomps or 3 grapples. I think they did this because last year reversing a stomp, the guy still standing still had the advantage.
