Meh. What was even the point of allowing us to pick what team we get drafted to, if were just going to get locked into playing for the cowboys in part 2? I’m sure it will be more fun since we actually get to play in the NFL. But I would much prefer the focus be on a superstar mode where I can play as ME and have a career my way.

Not a fan of the locked Cowboys narrative. I honestly thought the team you were drafted by would carry over.

Really thought that the ending of Longshot meant that you could carry over your save and have the coach from the Longshot show become head coach of the team that drafted you (he hints at making an NFL comeback himself in a cutscene). At least that would be the way I would've done it.

I guess this is a way to do easy player/coach/owner cameos. In that case, time to break down the acting skills of Jerry Jones and Jason Garrett.

Many decisions didn’t matter. I’ve already forgotten who drafted me so I don’t mind being on the boys
