I think Russel Wilson to dk Metcalf could end up being pretty lethal.

I doubt it will in real life, or at least not to the degree it will in Madden. Metcalf has some very debilitating flaws that he hasn't appeared to work on based on what little camp footage I've seen of him this year.

In particular, he still has that false step when he comes off the line (where he kind of leans back), which completely negates his straight line speed in the first second or two of his route.

On the other hand, with Rusty "I'm a rabbit try and catch me" Wilson as his quarterback, he'll probably get 6 or 7 seconds on at least a few passes per game to run beyond the defense.

I haven't been following the camps for any team. But I would imagine he'll struggle in real life but in Madden I could see him becoming dominant really fast if is physical attributes are as high as his combine results suggest.

If Madden makes height matter, he'll be super dangerous.

Now that's a big if right there. I've been waiting for size and height to make a big difference. Hopefully some of their changes will make that difference more pronounced.

Yeah, seeing INT animations play out as if the actual 6'6" WR is a 6'0" WR really stands out as an eyesore. From playing the beta, height didn't seem like a true advantage. Tyreek Hill was out here one hand snagging over much taller defenders like it was nothing. So, Imma say it's a "no" for this year. Speed seems to still be far and away, King.
