Exclamation point over players head?

I haven't played this game in almost a week, but I never remember a player with an exclamation point over his head before. What does that mean?

I just saw it for the first time today, it means one of the linemen has a trait where they can identify blitzers on 3rd and 4th down

It's Russell Wilson's Superstar ability, Threat Detector. None of the linemen in that picture have SS or XFactor icons, so it almost has to be him ("almost" because this is the PC version and perhaps those were modded out).

Threat Detector's description reads as "Highlights blitzers during preplay on 3rd/4th down", and I note that it is 3rd down in that screenshot. That ability is passive, meaning it doesn't have to be activated by some sort of performance requirement - it only needs to be 3rd or 4th down.
