Wow. You have listed them removing individual goals for the different skaters as a plus?????

It’s a game killer for me. Part of the beauty of the originals was levelling up all the skaters and doing the goals. Replayability is in the bin.

Once you’ve done Skate on a level it’s gone.
Once you’ve hit the boxes with one skater again gone forever.

Feels more like a playable demo.

One set of objectives no matter the skater sucks.

Really bad design choice. I hope they patch it back to the way it should be

Do they have good old punk rock soundtrack? Thinking about downloading it.

Most of it, yeah. Three songs didn't make it onto the remake, and they added 30-something new tracks too.

The missing songs are:
  • "Committed" – Unsane (THPS1)
  • "B-Boy Document ’99" - The High & Mighty featuring Yasiin Bey & Mad Skillz (THPS2)
  • "Out With The Old" - Alley Life featuring Black Planet (THPS2)

Yeah, the individual goals being single-completion is probably my only complaint with the game.

That said, I still see tons of replayability. The classic goals are one-and-done but now each individual skater has individualized goals. For instance, Chad Muska has "Land a grind gap in 10 different parks", "Land a quad heelflip as part of a 60,000 point combo", and a ton more.

Moreover, there's also the Speed Run mode where all traditional goals return and you can see how quickly you can nab them all.

Still, yeah, I wish the standard goals came back for each skater. I think I just like tangible things to aim for as I complete other less tangible goals (gaps, individual tricks).
