Just curious (I don't have the game but plan on buying it soon), did you download the game from the EU store or the US store? Maybe your issues are region related?

You'll definitely enjoy this game - I don't know much about Tennis, but it has really increased my knowledge/fandom of the sport as I try and learn more about the players/game. The game is far from perfect, but I truly enjoying playing this. The career mode is a blast even though I am simply just traveling around the US right now playing in Futures Tournaments.

Maybe one day I'll be the top ranked player!
