i wasn't able to watch this but from the sounds of it, it's a good thing i didn't. i'm not upset that Cena didn't turn heel (which i wanted, but oh well). i'm upset that, from what i've been reading, it was a "safe" ending.

well, wwe writer, you got what you wanted: i will be watching Raw tomorrow for the SS "fallout".

Basically, he's an idiot.

Don't care about the Miz as I never thought he'd cash in then. I think he's waiting for Wrestlemania, TBH.
This. Not to mention how much potential he would have as a heel. Could be iconic. Like OSU said, this main event has been built up for a month, and the Cena/Nexus angle for months. And we get a less than pedestrian finish.

Its just time for a change. The character is so stale. Unfortunately it looks like the Browns will win a Super Bowl before they turn Cena.

Unfortunately VKM is thinking with his wallet instead of his head. He is reallllly does not want to give up his cash cow.

The only problem with turning Cena this way would've been that there's nowhere to go with it but yet another Cena-Orton feud. Cena being the heel this time doesn't make it interesting enough. One thing good about the ending, at least R Truth was nowhere to be found during all of that.

True, anything but another Cena/Orton please.

You wouldn't kill your cash cow right before Christmas either.

And its amazing how such a "stale" character has every fan, whether they love him or hate him, eating out of his hand every single week.

That's just because the people who love him don't care about him being stale and the people that hate him don't care about him being stale. It's the people in between who are frustrated by him.

To put it another way, I think Cena could draw just as much money being a heel than he could being a face. Could you imagine how much merch they could push for the first guy to beat Heel Cena?

WWE is just not creative enough to do that...instead, they stick with what works and dry it up until there is nothing left.

Yah what they said. This is probably the worst thing they could've done. Plus that awful Orton is still champ. Unless this was somehow part of the bigger picture and a way to get rid of Cena it also doesn't make sense. Also is very likely another stipulation that doesn't actually stick.

Well the ending sucked but it's not a good thing you didn't watch because the rest of it was good. Especially the first 3 matches.
