I was thinking it's usually been between Mania and Extreme Rules and then the changes go into effect after Extreme Rules, with the annoying habit of making title matches at that one extremely predictable. Not that it's a big difference either way.

He could be pushed as the guy of the stable, though. We saw it a little when he was feuding with Punk.

Actually, I forgot Miz. Miz will probably be that role.

With the way WWE seems to handle stables, they'd be hot for a month or so and then start jobbing to just about any and everyone. I'd rather Ziggler go on his own.

It'd be nice if the US title actually meant something and was a legitimate mid-card/upper mid-card title because then you could just have him in a feud for that. Unfortunately that isn't the case when you have guys like Santino parading around with the belt.

Well, it'd be nice if the IC, US and Tag Titles all meant something. It's a shame.

So instead, here is this.

Ziggler is amazing. I wouldn't really mind a stable. Rock used two different stables to catapult his career so I don't think it would bury Ziggler. I think as fun as Johnny has been, he needs to reestablish himself as a credible McMahonesque threat. The feud with Teddy got a little goofy.

Excited to see where they're heading with new feuds. For the first time in awhile I don't have a real good grasp on what they're planning on doing next.

I was going to mention Rock and HHH as perfect examples of guys that were in stables that did just fine when it came to the main event. Stable doesn't imply tag team wrestler or anything like that... ok, maybe in the current WWE that is more likely.

I see a lot of a young Ric Flair in Dolph Ziggler in terms of selling. They used to say that Flair could wrestle a broomstick and make it look good and I'd say you could say the same about Ziggler at this point.
